Biography

Wang Shaohua, PhD in Plastic Surgery, Associate Chief Physician, Attending Physician in Aesthetic Surgery, Lecturer at Central South University; graduated from the National Training Program of the Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College, and the National Microsurgery Training Program. With more than ten years of clinical experience, he has been engaged in plastic and aesthetic surgery. He specializes in aesthetic repair of trauma and superficial tumors; eye surgery: double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, blepharoplasty (eye bag removal), brow lift, upper eyelid laxity and ptosis; nasal surgery: rhinoplasty, alar reduction, etc.; liposuction and fat grafting: facial fat grafting, breast and buttock augmentation, waist-abdomen and thigh body contouring, etc.; and minimally invasive injectable aesthetic treatments. He was selected for the “125” Talent Project of the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, has presided over 4 university- and provincial-level research projects (all completed), participated in multiple National Natural Science Foundation projects, and has participated in the publication of more than 20 papers, including 3 SCI papers and 2 CSCD papers as first author, 1 invention patent, and as a participant won the Second Prize of Hunan Provincial Medical Science and Technology Progress Award. He has spoken and won awards at professional annual meetings on multiple occasions.
